About this course

The Lead Worker Representative Course is based on the Government’s Work Safely Protocol, Public Health guidelines, information and recommendations. In line with the Work Safely Protocol every employer, wishing to open or remain open must appoint a minimum of one Lead Worker Representative. The role of the Lead Worker Representative (LWR) is to help the employer in making sure that the control andinfection prevention measures in the workplace are being implemented by all. This is aimed at preventing the spread of COVID-19. Care should be taken when selecting the LWR as good communication skills and discipline are vital.

Successful participants will obtain a personalised certificate of participation at the end of the course. This is proof that you have complied with your legal duty in offering a covid-19 compliant Lead Representative course to each of your LWRs.The course is delivered online.
