What do I get for €110.00 ?
For a fee of €110.00 you get a priority detailed response to your enquiry in the form of a preliminary opinion. This involves getting all of the available information regarding your case. I will usually need a copy of your contract of employment, any staff handbook or manual, copies of relevant emails, letters,texts, details regarding any disciplinary hearings etc.
When I am satisfied that I have all the information I require, I will then read it all, carry out any research where needed and then discuss your case with you.
If I believe that you do not have a case, I will tell you. I do not believe in wasting your time or mine.
If I believe that you may have a case, I will outline the steps you should take. We will then agree on what to do next. So you see there is a lot of work involved for €110.00
The good news is, if you decide to use our services to proceed with your claim, this payment will be credited against your final account. If you want us to act on your behalf we will agree the fee with you in advance of taking any action. That way you do not get any unexpected bills.
